The end of your workday rolls around, and you're thinking of getting home so you can lie back, open a can of beer, turn on the TV and ... relax.
Ahhhhh.....
So why would anyone in their right mind interrupt that cozy scenario to go to a club, or a gym, or get on an exercise bike in their garage,
or go for a run?
Simple: QUALITY OF LIFE
At one time or another, we've all read-and probably even for the most part believed at least some of the wealth of
research that has proven the benefits of regular exercise.
Still, somewhere between the message and the conscious mind, it hits a roadblock the size of, ...well, the size of some of the potbellies you
see around town!.
We've heard all the excuses,
"I don't have the time, I'm too far gone, I don't have the
energy, I'm intimidated by young healthclub types, it's too hard, I don't have the
motivation, money, willpower", and on and on. The fact is, we can all greatly improve our quality of life at any age, from any state of despair, and with an almost guaranteed
success rate.
