The end of your workday rolls around, and you're thinking of getting home so you can lie back, open a can of beer, turn on the TV and ... relax.

Ahhhhh.....
So why would anyone in their right mind interrupt that cozy scenario to go to a club, or a gym, or get on an exercise bike in their garage,
or go for a run?
Simple:

QUALITY OF LIFE

At one time or another, we've all read-and probably even for the most part believed at least some of the wealth of
research that has proven the benefits of regular exercise.
Still, somewhere between the message and the conscious mind, it hits a roadblock the size of, ...well, the size of some of the potbellies you
see around town!.
We've heard all the excuses,
"I don't have the time, I'm too far gone, I don't have the
energy, I'm intimidated by young healthclub types, it's too hard, I don't have the
motivation, money, willpower", and on and on. The fact is, we can all greatly improve our quality of life at any age, from any state of despair, and with an almost guaranteed
success rate.

Imagine strolling down the walking street and having a guy approach you with this pitch:
"Hey mate! My super Whiz Bang Tonic will increase your life span, make you sleep
better, give you more energy,
increase your creativity,
improve your sex life, help your constipation, keep
disease away, and make you have more fun in your life
(All for the low,
low price of just...)"!
After you escape from the loony tune, you might realise that the only thing which
actually can deliver these promises
(well, most of them) is..
you guessed it ....exercise, fitness
EXERCISE!

Exercise really can help you get more out of life! It truly does give you more
confidence, energy, and
vitality in your life! Do you find yourself at the end of the day thinking that you should have turned off that damm T.V. and played with your children, or taken that walk, or just plain wish you had a more positive outlook on life?
Exercise is the only "miracle drug" out there that can come even close toachieving that!.
The choice is completely yours, because nobody else can do it for you. It's your
decision whether to stand on the sidelines of life, watching the world go by, wondering why you aren't one of the movers and shakers
(or worse still blaming someone else for your inactivity!).
Get in the game! or as those Nike adverts say, just Do it!.

And that, my friend,
is why bother.
